About Diversified Landscape Management

Our vision is to be Phoenix, Arizona’s recognized leader in environmental stewardship offering the most eco-friendly landscape design, build and maintenance services. Additionally, we are recognized by our employees as an amazing place to work.

We specialize commercial landscape maintenance. We have the experience and resources to get your job completed professionally and competitively priced.

Our commercial maintenance accounts consist of properties all over the Phoenix area. We have a great reputation with community managers, boards, owners and tenants.

We typically don’t do residential maintenance, with the exception of residential estates who meet our $700/month minimum.

Diversified Landscape Management LLC (DLM) has been professionally servicing the Phoenix metro area since 2008. We are Arizona registered contractors, licensed, bonded and insured, and hold various landscape certifications.

DLM’s professionalism, quality and ability to communicate effectively sets us apart from our competition and the reason we are rated one of the best landscape maintenance companies by The Phoenix Review.

OUR MISSION IS BIGGER THAN LANDSCAPING.
IT’S TO HELP BE THE CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD.

We are the first GLYPHOSATE FREE Commercial Landscape
Company in Arizona.

(Glyphosate is the main ingredient in the popular weed killer, Roundup, learn more about this harmful chemical here)

"Glyphosate which is an herbicide that remains the world’s most ubiquitous weed killer, raises the cancer risk of those exposed to it by 41%, a new analysis says.

Researchers from the University of Washington evaluated existing studies into the chemical – found in weed killers including Monsanto’s popular Roundup – and concluded that it significantly increases the risk of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), a cancer of the immune system."

"It is now estimated that we spray more than 4.5 billion pounds of glyphosate (the active ingredient in Roundup) into the soils, plants, and water systems of our planet. And there are now dozens of genetically modified plant species around the world which have allowed chemical companies to develop a seemingly infinite market for their weedkillers. And after “Roundup Ready” crops were introduced in the mid-late 1990’s, this water soluble toxin would subsequently work its way into the water within the grains, fruits, and vegetables, as well as infiltrating the groundwater, slowly making its way into rivers, oceans, our air, and ultimately our rainfall. Not surprisingly, the diseases in our domesticated animals – from pets to livestock – have followed a similar trajectory."

We are so proud to announce our efforts to be the most sustainable commercial landscape company in Arizona and proud to be the 1st company to eliminate the use of the harmful chemical Glyphosate from use on any of the properties we partner with. This chemical has been shown to be very detrimental to our external environment but also to our internal environment.
